Having moved to Brisbane in 2011, DJ Flux has a playing career of over 30 years. Originally from the depths of South London and the Home Counties of England, he learnt his trade alongside life long friend DJ Tera/Tobie of the Serial Killaz as a bedroom DJ. Frequenting legendary events from 1992 onwards such as Raindance, AWOL, Jungle Fever and Sterns Flux was involved with running a fanzine, Noize 303 keeping fans up to date with current news in the scene as well as interviewing names from the drum and bass scene and doing promotional stuff for World Dance as well as being involved with the crew backstage. London was an exciting time for all dj’s in the 1990’s as the ever changing nature of music brought new talent and genres to the forefront.

Playing out became second nature when setting up events with DJ Tera and promoters when’ Depth’ was established in 1994. This saw Flux play alongside such legends as Dr S Gachet, LTJ Bukem, Dj Bags and Warlock. Big up all junglist!
