Nick Hoax started professional djing after selling Mill Street Bar in Chamonix which he owned with Swedish alpine legend, Matti Notlind. Mill Street pioneered electronic music in Chamonix helping the town come to be known as Ibiza in the Alps for a while in the late 90's. With his super talented brother on drums, Nick formed THE HOAX in 1997 and joined by Dyon Tahana's jazz/funk sax riffs, THE HOAX brothers played up to 150 gigs a year in Australia, France , Switzerland, the French West Indies, Spain and Germany until 2008. Nick Hoax continues to dj in Chamonix, Verbier, Ibiza & Australia. Expect mainly deep and tech house sounds with funky bass lines and the odd jazz or soul influence. Enjoy!
