Nick Maidment is a Welsh techno DJ (Fnoob Techno Radio) who grew up with the rave scene during its inception in the very early '90s.

Having been introduced to decks at the age of 18 (by a chance meeting with very like-minded people), he found quickly that he has a real passion for manipulating sounds.

He gained a monthly residency at Cardiffs infamous "Clwb Ifor Bach" (The Welsh Club) during the mid '90s until his job led him abroad to the likes of Greece, Italy and Australia.

Having left DJing alone for so long (in excess of a decade), a conversation struck up with an old friend relating to his enthusiasm for all things music and he took the decision to get back into mixing.

Nicks knowledge of the rave scene has quickly led him to where he currently stands as the Tuesday Schedule Manager on the internet techno radio station "Fnoob Techno".
