Neon Transmission is South London-based artist, producer and sound designer Ru Goddard who regularly features on Oversoul Records as their remixer in chief, appearing on releases throughout the catalogue. Beyond the music on Oversoul, "Driving Me Crazy" featured as the first track on Paper Recording's EP Wild Army 3, deep house classic "These Games” was on Groove Foundations Recordings featuring a sublime vocal and an uplifting groove, and the intricate and mesmerising "Latitude Only" featured on Votiva Records.

Ru’s experience in the music industry spans over 20 years, during which he was the Manager of Aftertouch Recording Studio, collaborated with The NKR on “Beau Monde” (appearing on the album “Love House” on Lifetime Records, and collaborated with classical artist Rick Koster on the drum and bass project “Diffraction”.
