Since graduating way back in '87 I've been working as an engineer, with most of that time in the alcoholic drinks industry. I've tried non-engineering jobs but didn't like them, I think I just enjoy making things or at least making things happen. Happily married to Lorna since 1990.
I used to do a lot of hill-walking and mountaineering, but for the last five years or so most of my leisure time is taken up with long distance cycling. Long-distance means over 200km, but my longest ride so far has been about 1600km.
