Roze Gold is a DJ who curate’s her sets with the intention of promoting joy, sensuality and connection. A fan of mixing things up, creative selections and a vocal! She is endlessly passionate about a diverse range of global club genres along with the cultural heritage which give them their power.
As a teenager in Leeds in the early naughties, she found a home in sound system and free party culture and it has left a deep and long lasting imprint on her. Steadfast in the belief that music, community & grassroots, collective spaces feed the soul and contribute towards huge shifts in society, helping to combat seemingly relentless discrimination, ignorance and oppression.
Roze Gold’s DJ sets are genre spanning, and can travel through Dembow, Cumbia, Dancehall, Kuduro & Baile Funk alongside UK Funky, Bruk, UKG & Soulful House. Also partial to a 90’s R&B club edit!!
