Starting his adventures in music at the age of 15 by playing bass in a black metal band in Finland, Naamat's musical background is influenced widely by non-electronic music. From the early influences in Electro-rock/clash, the main style of his sets has traversed aligned with the development of modern electronic music: through tech-house and new rave to neo trance and mainfloor techno. He started playing in underground parties in Coimbra, Portugal, and continued spreading his definition of dance music in other european cities where he lived. Expect the live sets of Naamat to explore the whole spectrum of modern dance music classified loosely as "techno".
