Mysti Day has always been where she wanted to be; doing what she was born to do… SING.
Mysti Day, born in Fort Worth Texas, has been singing since the age of three while her mother played the organ for the church choir. As Mysti matured, her reputation as a vocalist and performer became a force to be reckoned with. The 5' foot 8” inch beauty, with a five octave range, had such a huge following on the club circuit, everyone who followed her knew it was just a matter of time before she was noticed as a national vocal talent.

Her opportunity was presented when the established duo, Aurra, was making a personnel change with the departure of the incumbent female of the group. Ironically, Mysti's spot in the newly renamed group. Deja, almost never happened. Starr Young's replacement had already been chose. However, a recommendation by notable musician, Horace Young, witnessed Mysti’s magical performance and urged Deja’s management staff and Curt Jones to watch her recorded live performan
