Martin Vishnick - guitarist, composer, teacher, and research
Concert tours have taken Martin all over to London and UK venues. He continues to promote his albums with radio and concert appearances all over the world.
Commissions include music for the theatre, concert hall, film and media. Other projects include cross-curricular theatre pieces, innovative Arts Workshops, GCSE & A level workshops. He also teaches guitar, composition and improvisation in the UK and Spain.
Martin is teaches guitar at St Helen’s School, Northwood. Previous appointments, ‘Head of Composition and Guitar’ at the Junior Music School of the London College of Music, and ‘Composer in Residence’ at St. Albans School, Herts.
He is currently involved in post-doctoral research, propagating his work in the contemporary ‘sound art’ music scene, providing guitarists and composers with a sound repertory for compositions and improvisatio
