Hello from Tony & Rob here in The Music Lounge, we go live every Tuesday from 7pm-9pm on Dublin South FM 93.9. We don't strive to play a certain genre of music each week as we wanted to keep our show different. We pick a certain theme for each show so you never know what will come on air. With a " crowd ambience" in the background we try to make the show sound as if we are in a music lounge and not in a radio station.
Anything can happen and usually does as Tony & Rob go off the cuff to bring great music and chat, some comedy and our very own "Rob's Rotten Trio" which takes 3 songs that Rob's not crazy about or Tony's "Room 939" consisting of 3 songs that we think ought to be banned.
You'll never hear the same song twice as we enjoy playing songs that you don't normally hear on the radio. Hopefully some songs will take you back in time and you may say to yourself " hey I remember that song and haven't heard it in a long time" !!!!!
