Dj MTRNX has been DJ'ing since 1998. In 2004, Dj Metronix was picked to be the next power mixer for El Paso, TX Radio Station KPRR POWER 102 after riding a wave of dj battles he entered and club gigs helped him gain recognition in the city. In 2010, Dj MTRNX won the King of the Crown Dj Battle, crowning him the best Dj in the border City of El Paso for that year. In 2014 Dj MTRNX won a prestigious award for Whats Up! Magazine in El Paso, Texas, as the Best in the Best Club Dj. Dj MTRNX has played at a numerous amounts of venues throughout the Southwest regions, but has kept long residencies in several area clubs/bars. MTRNX is far from accomplishing his ever-expanding goals and looks forward to the path he embarks on with his life and music in the future. Currently djing weekly in San Antonio and Austin, Texas.
