Lunga Rululu better know as Mr Luu and his
childhood friend Mpumelelo Mbatyoti also know
as MSK grew up in Zwide Port Elizabeth
Eastern Cape, along side Heavy K ,
Q Base and Dj Tea , these talented young
men make the group Point 5.
Point 5 have only released one Album under
Kalawa Jazzme Dance the album titled First Point
released in 2012 has hits like , “Tell Me” and
“Intoyam (feat. Big Nuz & Tira) “ Point 5 produced
“Lento” for Professor featuring Speedy
(Of Bongomafin),a song that became South Africa’s
number one dance song in 2011 and broke records
on media platforms like iTunes. In 2012 Point 5
became the youngest group in South Africa
to have been allowed to remix the legendary
late Busi Mhlongo’s song tittled “Izizwe” which
became Busi Mhlongo’s best House/Dance remix
to date.
