This mix was a pretty rare moment.
First time doing a live video stream. Considering I haven't used Mixcloud Live before, and it was off a smartphone balanced on a tower of yoga blocks, this couldn't have worked out better.
First time doing a 4 hour mix, 100% vinyl. Originally it was going to be 2 hours but the vibe was so good, we had to keep it going.
Here it is in all it's raw glory. Scan through it, ID the tracks, spot the mistakes... it's too much hassle here to put together a tracklist, but Mixcloud might recognize some of them.
I'll do more live streams here in the future once I clean the setup a bit, and they'll feature more digital (although I'll bring out vinyl too - vinyl is king ;)) - stay tuned for that!
Will I do Couch/Porchfest again? Absolutely. I did it about 3 years ago and it was great then, but it was even better now - despite us being stuck indoors. Hopefully next year we'll be back to outside - fingers crossed!
