Zahra Lee, is a long established and highly talented artist, passionate about the music, art, dance and lifestyle that moves us. Zahra Lee is a combination of Arabic and Hawaiian reflecting her diverse heritage and love for the water, (Mother Of Islands) never having lived far from a beach. Zahra got into DJing while attending university in Australia, and has played to audiences the world over, from the US to the Middle East and South East Asia. She single handedly brought house music to her home country of Oman in 2007, while at the same time being the first female nightlife DJ in the country, bringing her widespread recognition. Her versatile range of sounds within the house and techno genre reflect her wide-ranging experience playing to intimate gatherings and large raves, encompassing sounds from deep, eclectic ethnic house to more techy arena style beats. She has thrown her own unique events showcasing her other artistic talents.
