Self-awareness and critical reflection
Evidence
I am always self-aware of myself; this is where I always maintain an approachable and friendly personality towards the people around me. Before I say or do something, I reflect upon its consequences and impacts on others. I believe that any action I take should be for the benefit of myself and others around me.

As a weakness sometimes I am not able to analyse the options around me and take the best decision possible. Due to this I find myself lost and confused, so then I realise that I need to change my path.
