Miranda Rae is Station Manager, Producer/presenter at Ujima Radio. Miranda also runs training workshops through Sound Women Bristol aka Sound Women SW.
Miranda has presented on national, regional, local and community radio since the early 1990's. Including a weekly show on BBC Radio 5 and a daily show 6 nights a week on Galaxy Radio for many years pioneering the new and emerging dance scene including Jungle at its conception. Miranda has worked in radio since she was just 18, she won a Sony Award when presenting Euromix on BBC Radio 5. Miranda was Head of Specialist Programmes on Galaxy Radio and presented both specialist and mainstream shows for many years. Her experience ensures she is not pigeon holed into one style of presentation and is extremely proficient presenting speech, commercial, news or music shows. Miranda worked in Thailand as a journalist and a TV presenter.
