MIKE THE JACKET (Short Bio)

Friðrik Thorlacius (Mike The Jacket) is a well established electronic producer/Dj from the land of fire and ice, Iceland. He has made big waves within the music industry in his homeland. Working on multible projects for a number of years, combining different styles together and developing his own original sound.
His journey in dance music started quickly around 2011, when he got in the Deadmau5’s top 10 finalists remix competition of “ Sofi Needs a Ladder”.
A year later he formed a producer/dj duo under the name KSF (Killer Sounding Frequencies) witch exploded in the music scene in Iceland and abroad, Winning 1st place in the “Dirty South” remix competition for the Groove Cruize festival in 2016, playing multible shows and festivals in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Miami along side many big artists such as Snoop Dogg, Dj lucca, Claptone, Wildkats, David Guetta, Chris Lake, Pendulum, Tiesto, Deadmau5, Benny Benassi, Fedde Le Grand etc.
