Los Angeles, United States

From humble beginnings as a teenager listening for the first time to UK Drum-n-Bass from artists such as Goldie and Metalheadz or the Trip-Hop style of DJ Shadow; eventually the desire to know how these awesome new sounds were being made moved Mike Teez from an intrigued listener to an active participator in the EDM community.
While living in Lake Tahoe, Mike got his first break, when he was offered a residency at Opal Ultra Lounge - the top club in the prestigious Montbleu casino. While developing his style and skills there, Mike opened for such talent as Kaskade, BT, Christopher Lawrence, Donald Glaude, and many others; as well as hosting official after-parties for Tiesto, Paul Oakenfold, String Cheese Incident, and others. His passion for music soon began to surpass the options Lake Tahoe presented, however, and he decided to return to Los Angeles to fully pursue what had once been a hobby but had turned into a passion.
