I have been DJing since the 80s. Started with belt-drive techniques, went to 1200s and now all digital with a Traktor Kontrol S4. I've gone thru so many dance styles, starting with Disco, Early 80s MTV dance music. I remember my first Madonna record (Holiday). Heard Larry Levan play House music in San Antonio. Fell in love with the music. Went to San Diego and started playing house music in 1989 for Tony Nash. We started the first House Club, called "Open House" located at the Whistle Stop in North Park. I started playing various house parties, raves, one-off parties until I got my dream residency at Club Hedonism in 1995. Jon Bishop and I turned it into the most famous club in San Diego. I was a part of that incredible time from '92-thru 02 when we had our last, 10 year old night. (It started in '92) I've played all over the country, and now live in Austin Texas. Although I haven't played much in Austin, I still love mixing and recording, releasing several mixes every year.
