I have been a principal for 22 years and have been with Judson ISD for the last 16 years. I have over 30 years experience in public education. Every school I have been principal at has shown improvement. The quality of instruction and the school environment has improved as well. I am a powerful, positive influence in the principalship. My success is founded on my depth of knowledge of instruction and using data, building relationships, and setting and achieving high expectations. In Judson I am called on frequently to mentor novice principals and have been in charge of JISDs, in-house administrator preparation program known as JLEAP. Currently in Judson there are eight sitting principals who have been trained in administration directly by myself, as well as, the Director of Human Resources and the Director of Testing. ||
