Mike's first foray on the charts outside Music From Mars was under the name Dynamo Team with a catchy song Roll The Dynamo sang by his wife
lulu in 2011. This song supported by sunny video filmed in Barcelona was very successful on important Austrian radio FM4.
Dynamo Team represented by the album Slavia mastered in Abbey Road Studios London was awarded by Slovak Radio Head Award as a newcomer of 2011.
Mike started to play on big festivals in Belgium, Austria, France…
He developed his own style of optimistic dance music known as 'dynamo'.
In 2012 he comes with the second album in dynamo style under the name Mike Lark: 1977. Punk, disco, big beat and new wave elements are mixed smoothly together on this album. Mike combines his vocals with retro song samples and his guitar with analogue synths sounds.
He leaves the DJ style of performance and takes the guitar and the mic again to give the audience the full portion of juicy dynamo.
