Mike has been DJ’ing for over 25 years after developing a love of music from an early age. In 1995 with a group of friends he started a residency at the ‘Q Club’ in Cambridge and soon moved this to The Junction naming the night ‘Grand Central’. Guests included Paul ‘Trouble’ Anderson, CJ Mackintosh, Terry Hunter, Dave Camacho, Brian Tappert (Jazz & Groove) with live appearances from vocalists such as Byron Stingily and Michael Watford. Dave Lee would regularly deliver a disco/rare groove set alongside Ben Saunders in the bar. Mike became a regular at the Fez club in Cambridge when it opened in 1998 including at ‘Lift’ with Dr Bob Jones and Max Rees. More recently he has teamed up with the Brighter Days crew, for a Grand Central reunion at the Fez. And returned to the Junction for Brighter Days/Glitterbox pre party in 2018 and warming up the main room for Ricky Morrison and Tony Humphries in 2019.
