Chicago Southside Native, Started listening to music at a very young age. My mother was at the record shop every chance she got...Bringing home the latest and greatest Disco 12inch singles. before I was old enough to go to the clubs I stayed glued to the radio waiting for the Hot Mix 5 on WBMX and WGCI with my portable cassette recorder I got from Woolworths on the corner on 63rd & Ashland lol. I later purchased a pair of turntables and a Teledyne mixer. If I wasn't behind a pair of 12s I was playing bass guitar. I started spinning with Bestie Kevin Jellybean Boatman and started Gemini Productions. As kids we started spinning at Neighborhood house parties. I was influenced by my neighborhood heroes like Tyree Cooper, Farley Jackmaster Funk, Hugo, Leonard Remix Roy, Mike Dunn, Little John of DjR and many others. I remix most tracks I play.
