A Bronx , I am the owner The Mike Anthony Company, head designer of fashion lines Michael Antinori, Misata Antinori and MAS-B jeans.

I have attended the H.S. of Art & Design where I majored in advertising.

In 1995, I continued my education at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. The following year, I was left fighting for my life due to a physical altercation that almost ended my life. I received a laceration to my neck and had a 50/50 chance to make it through. The incident increased my drive to follow my dreams and be the most creative person I could be, as an artist, Designer or Fashion Designer.

My influence came from a major driving force in the fashion industry back in 1991. A young designer by the name of Karl Kani led the way for minority designers, who were often frowned upon and not taken seriously by the fashion industry. Minority designers
