I've always been into writing and performing music, it's always been something I go back to when I've been inspired. In the last year or so I've gained a keen interest in nutrition and fitness. In August 2011 I was in horrible health. I weighed 120kg(at 5'11" that not a good look) and was in a pre-diabetes state. Since then I've devoted my time to study and training to get myself back to where I need to be.
I've still got a long road ahead, but with my skills I've learned and those closest to me I know I can take on any challenge that in front of me
