An experienced commodities trader and risk manager in Holmdel Township, New Jersey, Michael Franko holds a master of business administration with a concentration in finance from Fordham University and a bachelor of science in economics and political science from Bucknell University. He got his professional start at Cerro Sales in New York City, where he worked his way up from a traffic department employee to become a trader. After working with Cerro for well over a decade, Michael Franko served four years as a vice president and managed arbitrage trader with Refco in Far Hills, New Jersey, and 16 years as director of commodity trading with Willowbridge Associates in Plainsboro.

Since 2017, Michael Franko has been the managing member of Paddock Court Trading in Plainsboro. His duties with the hedge fund and commodity trading advisory firm range from market research and trading to risk management and oversight.
