Michael Tessari, also know as "RD" is originally from Pennsylvania, but grew up in Wilmington, North Carolina. Michael started DJing back in 2001, at the age of 17. In week’s time, he pushed to play at his first few house parties, only rocking the records he acquired from the local record store. Over 20 years later, he still brings the same vibe and excitement to his shows and compilations. Michael grew up with the sounds of Prodigy and Crystal Method, he quickly became addicted to the sounds of electronic music. RD was influenced by DJs such as: Tiesto, Armin Van Buuren, Ferry Corsten, and The Stanton Warriors. Michael started off mixing Trance, but after a couple years he jumped genres into the breakbeat realm. Craft-e of Wilmington, NC writes, "DJ RD has always been known to drop hard-hitting baselines.
