Probably Caruso's most well known work remains "Love Is"(Caruso/Keller/TonioK) by Vanessa Williams & Brian McKnight: nominated for a Grammy in the R & B Vocal Category, earning Caruso a citation of achievement from BMI garnering 2,000,000 Broadcast performances. However Caruso's musical journey has afforded him to collaborate with many other artists including Tamara Champlin & Dennis Matkosky for Chris LeDoux's "Runaway Love" and Rita Coolidge's "Shoo Rah"; Joan Jett & Randy Cantor on "Long Live The Night" for "Days Of Thunder" and Bill Champlin for his CD "No Place Left To Fall". "Guns Of Love" was recorded by Pam Rose, Kathy Mattea, the Moffats and by Caruso on his Latest EP "When The Devil Starts To Pray".

This EP is a fusion of folk, pop, celtic, rock and alternative music. Collaborators included Randy Sharp, Trey Bruce, Roy Braverman, Tamara Champlin, Jeff Paris, Glenn Goss, T J McFarland, Dennis Matkosky, Michael St Thomas and Moon Calhoun.
