Michael Cappy enjoyed an extensive education before he began building his reputation as a corporate leader and turnaround management expert. He received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, with Academic Distinction, from Pennsylvania State University in 1973 before going on to study for his Master of Business Administration degree at Harvard University Graduate School of Business, graduating in 1975.
