I used to be a banker until I got kicked out during the last banking crisis in 1991, too old & too expensive. I spent the next 16 years in sales, mainly mortgages & insurance until heart surgery in 2007.
I am now a hypnotherapist and sports performance coach, speciallising in weight management, stress management and sports performance with NLP.
I practice in South Woodford and East London.
