DJ MiaE, A.K.A. Mia E. Pem, is a lifelong student of BEing in a Body. She has studied and taught many disciplines of dance and conscious movement, created and performed original dance works and designed and produced interactive movement environments and events. Mia is producer & facilitator of Ecstatic Soul Sessions: a contemplative & ecstatic dance practice, a Yoga/Meditation teacher and she offers GYROTONIC® Method sessions & GYROKINESIS® Method classes in ATX.
