Megan M. Caldwell was a peculiar child. She had always had a fancy for the natural, organic and the eerie things in the world around her. Halloween was the favorite holiday, ghosts were a part of her everyday life. She adored animals and counted her pets as siblings, given the fact she had none and bore little interest in human friends. She believed in magic well into her teen years and it was because of this belief that she began to ponder a question. The question tugged incessantly at her mind until, nearly driven into madness, she sought the answer. "If someone who was once alive and human might witness the progression of years we call history, what might this being have to say?" This question is still being answered in the form of her debut novel, ACCORDING TO LEGEND, and it's parent series, The Arthurian Vampyre Cycle.

She enjoys reading (obviously), writing, (surprise!) and is extremely passionate about animal rights. In her "alone time" she sits surrounded by books and animals
