Max Phanck is a classic line of Bugganeer Hard Wear. It was 1st detected within an energy field known as the Trans-Warp-Portal, TWP [Source: Unknown]. The 1st Trans-Warp incidents were reported from the lost city of Angkor Wat, Tikal, the Great Pyramids, the Forbidden City and Waikiki Beach.
A team of outstanding individuals succeeded in stabilizing the TWP in a rogue research facility. The facility is located in a cloaked and undetected remote part of Germany.
Those who were granted Top-Level security clearence know it as Area 34 or the City of Bielefeld.
The existence of Area 34 has been denied to this day.
