Originally from the port city of Odesa and now based in Amsterdam, Maxi Ventura is an underground selector whose approach to music is shaped by movement, exploration, and atmosphere. Drawing deep inspiration from years spent working own event series and growing up around influential underground dancefloors, he treats music as a storytelling medium rather than a list of genres.
His sets are immersive, late-night transmissions that blend hypnotic rhythms, tight grooves, and unexpected leftfield turns. It is an exploration of dancefloor psychology-focusing on tension, release, and emotional progression.
Alongside his solo archive, Maxi builds structural bridges within the scene as the co-founder of the REDBOX creative environment in Amsterdam, the host of the Las Venturas universe on PIP Radio, and the curator of the Port.Favour platform on BirdCage Radio.
