Matt Ozer is a sound artist and an audio engineer based in San Francisco, CA. His creative exploration began with a sole interest in composing music. While completing his Bachelors of Science in Audio Production at The Art Institute of California at San Francisco, he collaborated on independent films as a composer, sound designer, and location sound mixer. It was during this process, Matt noticed a need for noise reduction on production sound.
An avid follower of current trends and technology, Matt recently completed research on noise reduction techniques and is currently developing, CineCleanPro, a noise reduction tool for Final Cut Pro. His goal is to provide editors with a higher quality audio at the beginning stages of post-production. Since noise will no longer be a distraction, the editor is able to shape the story more effectively.
