Matt Berry has entertained dance music fans in Portsmouth for 15 years. Refusing to restrict himself to his earlier beginnings as a club resident dj, Matt found an outlet for his love of House and Techno after an outstanding warm up set for Nic Fanciulli with Portsmouth promoters PunchFunk in 2005. A performer with energy oozing from his sets, over the years Matt has indulged his crowd through his diverse selection of music, influenced by his peers from the Portsmouth scene. His talent was noticed and he is now a resident with PunchFunk, using this as a platform to perform with dj’s such as Zane Low, Riva Starr, Alex Metric and Terry Francis. Advocating all forms of electronic music but particularly that which is filthy, rolling tech house. " Its hard to describe my taste in music, basically If it has a groove, then I like it"
