Tipsy Eyes is the musical moniker for British musician, producer, and remixer Matt Smith, who crafts atmospheric, darker-hued electronica and synthpop. Smith gained wider attention for his production work, most notably creating critically acclaimed, atmospheric remixes for the electropop band The Frixion "Starstruck Love").
