Motar is a 21 year old dj / musician & producer from Quito, Ecuador specialized in the modern musical genre Riddim Dubstep (subgenre of dubstep), his real name is Mateo Hidalgo who started in the world of music as a child, he is the pioneer in promoting riddim music in Ecuador, its objective being to take the genre to the top in Ecuador. Not only is he dubstep riddim, he produces any kind of music genre.
He is currently studying sound and acoustic engineering at the University of the Americas (UDLA).
He is part of the Wobblygng crew, he has debuted on major record labels such as Savage Society, Odio Records, DSP Records, Alpha Squadron, among others. He has collaborated with many renowned artists in the genre such as Artix, Ayonikz, Motus, among others.
He made his debut as a special guest at "UNDERGROUND UNDERDOGS" an event in Fort Myers, Florida being his first international event.
