I was born and raised in New York City and studied Communication Arts and Marketing at New York University, 1956-1960.

After spending the latter half of the ‘60s as Director of Pop Affairs at Cameo-Parkway Records, and as an award winning Vice-President of Pop Promotion Executive at Buddah Records with the late Neil Bogart, I joined Inherit Productions, a production / publishing / management company as one of three partners in 1970.

Inherit recorded Van Morrison's classic ASTRAL WEEKS and MOONDANCE LPs for Warner Bros., VINTAGE VIOLENCE by OBE recipient Sir John Cale, ex-Velvet Underground founding member for CBS Records, three albums by rock power-trio Glass Harp, featuring five time Dove Award winning guitarist Phil Keaggy for Decca Records, Mama Cass Elliot's solo LP for RCA Records, and a spoken word album of the best selling book THE SENSUOUS WOMAN by J for Atlantic Records.

In early 1971 I left Inherit
