Martyn Russo started Djin back in 2006 where he bought some technics 1210s and locked himself away for 3 months while he taught himself to mix. Music has always been his main passion and after only 6 months of Dj'in Russo was asked to play at the world famous Sankey Soaps in Manchester. After his first set there he was asked to do a monthly residency for them playing alongside some of the best known Djs such as Jason Herd, Kate Lawler, Sebastian Ingrosso, Dirty South, Will Bailey to name a few...
For 3 and a half years Russo played there and with massive build ups, banging tracks and a good following he then started to play in other venues such as the Plug in sheffield, Stinkys in Leeds, North & Area 51 in Manchester to name a couple.
Martyn is definately one to watch as now he is starting to produce his own tracks and bootlegs. Look out for this guy in the clubs near you................
