As the co-founder of Drake, Goodwin & Graham, a private equity firm headquartered in New York, he has played a pivotal role in major acquisitions spanning multiple industry sectors. Before founding Drake Goodwin & Graham, Mr. Graham served as a Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisition department of Morgan Stanley & Co, where he worked on transactions for top companies such as ATT, Sun Microsystems, and Philips NV, among others. His prior experience includes working as an associate at Bracewell LLP, a Houston-based law firm.
