"Somewhere at the cross roads where disco meets house music, you'll find Mark Persaud, standing there, hand in the air, probably dancing awkwardly in a circle, with an expression that looks like he's in pain, but he's actually just really liking the record a lot. Part of the Civilisation Of the Rough (COR) collective, he hosts a monthly radio show with his COR brothers on 1BTN, and his own monthly show on Unmade Radio. He's played at some of the biggest festivals around including Bestival, Electric Elephant in Croatia, Farm Festival, Alfresco and Victorious, with some of his house music heroes, such as Ashley Beedle, Grahame Park, Bill Brewster, Greg Wilson, Alfredo, Terry Farley, Dave Jarvis, Luke Unabomber, to name a few. I hope to share the stage with him myself some day."
