I have been a fan of house and techno music since the late 80s, growing up in Chicago, started to go to parties and DJing in the 90s during high school and college.
My house music and techno selections operate in that grey area between the two genres. Moody, melodic at times, then, minimal, jacking and pumping at others. Most of my lives sets will showcase big tunes that haven't gotten played in a while, forgotten underground goodies, and the forward thinkers out there producing great music.
All of my live sessions are all done in one long recorded take, except for some equalizing and compression, the sets are as is. I find making longer sets incredibly interesting and challenging. If you are out on a long run, or bike ride, I believe you will enjoy the journey.
