I have travelled extensively working variously as a chef, bartender, gardener, trust accountant, labourer, picture framer, decorator, salesman, baker, prison administrator, builder, writer, musician, teacher and flower-seller to name but a few; and I am a Father of two gorgeous daughters, Lauren and Elizabeth.
