Mark Quilter AKA Rap-Scallion started DJing in the early 1990's.
His first gig was at Exmouth Pavillion soon after that he was playing regularly for Speakezzy, Big Hammer promotions, The Monastery in Torquay, Plymouth Warehouse, Burston Inn and loads more through out the 90's & early 00's.
He was Resident at The Grove in Seaton & The Que Club in Exmouth and soon started promoting his own nights.
Taking a step back from DJing in the early 00's but always popping in and out of the scene over the years and had a weekly residency on one of the first internet radio stations 'Dex FM' playing Fidget House.
Fast forward to the present days Mark produces under Rap-Scallion and has released or has scheduled for release 50+ tracks/remixes on various labels you can check out his Beatport profile here
