Mario Messaritakis aka Mario Messa was born in 1982 at Heraklion, Greece. His first contact with music was at his very early age as his sister was studing to be a piano solist. He started having music theory and history lessons and of course piano lessons. Till he was fourteen his main interest was playing piano as well as violin but afterwards he started “discovering” a newer lover, electronic music. His very beloved bands at this period were Depeche Mode and New Order and it was when he started mixing vinyl’s with two old Gramophones.
At the age of 16, as he realized that cd players and cd’s would be the future of music, he started investing in the digital format. His prediction was more than confirmed. So therefore he has a huge digital collection of music. From 2000 till 2004 he had been working professionally as a main Dj in a very popular local bar, located in Stalis –Mallia, called “Bar Bliss”
