MARIE began DJing when she was 15 years old in 1999. Music was always a part of her life; as a child she played the piano and at age 11 she learned how to play the drums.
Her love for dance music sprouted when she heard Paul Van Dyk’s Forbidden Fruit for the first time. When she started DJing, her sets consisted of tracks from record labels such as Nukleus, Data, Positiva, Hooj and Bedrock.

At present she plays a range of house from deep, vocal to tech.
In 2005 she opened a DJ school, Looper Beat Academy in the Philippines
