On my chanel you will find guided classes on movement meditation and breathwork, recorded live from Norway. I am a certified teacher of Gabrielle Roth´s 5Rhythms and a certified councellor of Berth Hellingers family constellations. I am a third year student in Grof Legacy Training in Breathwork and Psychedelic therapy, and also working on a master degree in Grof studies and transpersonal psychology. My classes combine breathwork and movement in a unique way. Be prepared for a deep journey!
