Music director and DJ. Around 1991, he began DJing at clubs in Tokyo such as Inkstick, The Room, Web, Bar Aoyama, and Slits in Shibuya. In 1995, he worked at the Tokyo branch of the London-based record store Mr. Bongo World Wide Ltd.
In 1999, he became involved in shop production at Spiral Records, and later went on to manage the label AKICHI RECORDS. He has directed a wide range of music-related projects, including Spectacle in the Farm, the planning and production of albums and events for Kaitaro Abe, serving as music director for Musicity Tokyo, and planning and managing exhibitions for illustrator Hiroshi Nagai.
He is currently also active as a member of the soundtrack-only DJ unit Soundtrack Brothers.
