What a strange thing, to be alive.

To find ourselves here, in the middle of a story that began long before us, surrounded by the voices of people who lived, loved, dreamed, rebelled, made fools of themselves, broke a few hearts, and occasionally made something beautiful out of the whole bloody mess.

And then there's music.

A voice from a hundred years ago walks into the room. A trumpet breaks your heart. A guitar starts a revolution. A stranger sings something you thought only you had ever felt.

And for a moment, time loses its grip.

This is where the deep likes to wander. Through the cracks in history, the backstreets of culture, the sacred and the absurd. From the grandest symphony to the cheapest little love song. No passports, no pedestals, no velvet ropes.

Records, stories, questions & detours.

Somewhere along the way, perhaps we'll find something of ourselves in all these other lives.
